First the very good news- our new landlord welcomes us to stay at 223 Marcellus Street. However, the big challenge is that our rent has significantly increased. We were previously paying below market value and we now owe an additional $575 per month. The other good news is that people are feeling safe and comfortable at our location and word is spreading. If you come to the building at 223 Marcellus Street, you might notice a few new things. The building, which was blue, is now green. And there is a new addition to the Niagara Street corner- a "For Sale" sign. Home Headquarters, who owns the building, has decided to sell it. At this writing we have no plans to move Isaiah's Table.
